We work exclusively with carefully selected Korean rice, allowing its natural character to shine through every stage of fermentation and distillation. Rather than pursuing volume, we focus on small-batch production in order to accomplish meticulous quality control and uncompromising attention to detail.

Our flagship brand, PADONG, takes its name from the Korean word for the gentle ripple that spreads across still water. It represents the impact that a single moment, a single idea, or a single bottle can create.
